The Archive needs you.

The Archive is currently volunteer-run and largely self-funded.

Donations directly determine how much art we can preserve, publish, and exhibit.

Artists are speaking up for justice right now.

Help us preserve their art for the future.

The Archive cannot exist without your support.

A few examples of what your gift will immediately make possible:

  • Climate-controlled storage for original artworks donated to the Archive

  • Cardboard sleeves, shelving, and labeling for safe long-term art storage

  • Exhibition-quality printing of digital artworks for display in exhibits and community spaces

When funding allows, we are excited to begin:

  • Paying artists whose work is selected for publication and exhibition, helping to preserve their art and to fund more of it

  • Offering community-facing art events, as well as partnering with existing organizations doing similar work

  • Working on the digital archive and timeline, including paying for support and expertise from archival professionals

  • Fairly compensating Archive staff who have been volunteering their time and paying out of pocket for expenses

Is my donation tax-deductible?

While The Rebel Loon Archive is working on finalizing fiscal sponsorship, donations are not yet tax-deductible. The Archive has no intention of making a profit from this work, and we are actively pursuing a charitable tax status.

Can I volunteer or get more involved?

We’d love to hear from you! Please contact us and let us know where you’d like to plug in.
